Can you be a permanent resident in a caravan park?
Alright, here’s a question that pops up a lot: can you actually live permanently in a caravan park like Glenwood? The short answer is - it depends. Some caravan parks do offer long-term stays or even permanent residency options, but it’s usually subject to local council regulations and the park’s own policies.
At places like Glenwood, the focus is more on holiday stays and short-term farm experiences rather than permanent living. That said, if you’re thinking about an extended stay, it’s worth chatting with the park management. They can give you the lowdown on what’s possible and any special arrangements they might have.
Just remember, caravan parks are designed to be flexible and welcoming, so if you want to hang around a bit longer, there’s often a way to make it work. Just don’t expect to set up a full-time home without a bit of paperwork and planning.
